Who is Healthy Souls?
Healthy Souls was founded in 2012 with the purpose of changing the way that business is done. We wanted to be an example of a company that is established and based on the belief of giving back. We as people seem to think that we can all have a part in changing the world, but in today’s society we seem to forget about others, and brush off the hope of changing the world by thinking that we can't do enough to really make an impact. Our concept was that we could lead and be a part of a movement by acting on our beliefs, and doing our part by giving a portion of every purchase of Healthy Souls Apparel to a charity to help others. Also, by empowering our customers by giving the option to shop, support, spread awareness, and make an impact, on a cause that is close to heart. What started as an idea for a line of flip flops, has turned into a brand that people can shop, enjoy, be inspired by, and have fun with, all while making an impact in the world through shopping responsibly.
How do you make the donations?
We process the donations at the end of every month and make the donations through each one of our charities online donation options. If our charity does not offer online donations, we will issue a company check of the donation. Once our donations are made we will send each customer that provides us with email a copy of the donation receipt so that you can follow the impact that your purchase makes!
What portion of sales do you donate?
We donate 10% of every purchase to charity.
What is the quality of your apparel?
We print on high-quality apparel that are made up of either 100% ringspun cotton, poly/cotton mix, poly/cotton/viscose, or tri-blend fabric. We use American Apparel for majority of our products and are continuing to transition all of our product to Made in USA.
What is your return policy?
Our goal is to always make sure that are customers are happy with their purchase so most cases will be handled individually but to read our standard return policy just click here.
How do I track my package?
Once your order is processed and packaged, you will receive an email notification letting you know your tracking number and updates on your order.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Our goal is to ship as quickly as possible but due to the demand most orders will ship between 3 and 10 business days from the time of purchase.
